General: My expertise is in drawing human and Splatoon characters but I'm fluent enough in art to draw most things. I like learning how to draw and getting out of my comfort zone (within reason) but my fav things to draw are Ifa and pretty men<3

I have the right to decline any commissions I am not comfortable drawing. You will be refunded if this happens

A 50% down payment is required either before I begin or after the first sketch. This is to ensure security for both the artist and the client. It is to ensure payment is set in place so no suspicious activity happens on the client's side and no time is wasted.

You may pay through Paypal only (Until I get a Vgen code)

REVISIONS

I will update you at the sketch, secondary sketch, lineart, flat colour, rendering and any parts in between if I want to clarify anything with you. Major revisions will be offered at the sketch and secondary sketch phase and only minor changes can be requested at any stage after.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

I am a full time student so I will be prioritising my education over commissions, so it may take longer to finish your artwork during exam periods, which I will notify you of before proceeding with the commission.

I take pride in my time management skills. Most of my art would take from 3 days to two weeks depending on how busy my schedule is.

If you have a specific deadline for me please list it in the request form or inform me before I begin the sketch. These deadlines will be adhered to.

USE

Commercial use (streaming and content creation) is included in your purchase as long as credit is given (in bio or similar) Merchandising and distribution is not allowed

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I retain shared rights to your work. I will be able to use your commission as promotional content and portfolio work for future commissions. Please inform me in the request form if you consent to works in progress social media posts while I am working on your project, or if you prefer I post works in progress and the finished product once your project is done.

REFUNDS

Deposits are non refundable if the project is already past the initial sketch phase. Before or after showing the initial sketch phase you can cancel with a 100% refund upon request.

If you are unsatisfied with my work, if I am unable to complete the final project or if there are any unreasonable delays, you are entitled to a 50% refund upon request.

COMMUNICATION

Communication will be in the form of direct messages through your choice in my listed social media.

Updates include low resolution, watermarked screenshots to avoid potential suspicious activity.

Please inform me if you want to be tagged or included in any work in progress or finished work posts. Inform me if you would like to post your art first, otherwise I will post the art when I see fit.

My art is not to be fed to AI or used for any sort of AI training purpose. If this is done your commission will be halted, a fee will be charged and you will not be refunded.
